TPU special intumescent halogen free flame retardant is a P-N series environmental flame retardant made by macromolecular graft modification according to the molecular structure and physical property of TPU. The feature of this product: Good intermiscibility and dispersity with TPU, high flame retardant efficiency, no migration, no precipitaion, nonhygroscopic, stable electrical property, no effect on coloring, small effect on TPU physical property. It has excellent thermostability, so it is easy to process. This product is a new type halogen free environmental flame retardant.

Recommended use directions:
1. Dosage:
①Add about 20% in polyester TPU.
②Add about 22% in polyether TPU can achieve higher oxygen index and meet the requirement of level V-0.
2. Using method:
①Both extrusion molding and injection molding is allowed. Minimize the heating time.
②Suggestion: The maximum heating temperature should be lower than 230℃.
